I have several years of experience and I have succeeded to build a few companies from scratch or from small to big, dozen of scrum teams. Being HR Manager in IT and tech companies is not a piece of cake. Therefore I have learned from my mistakes a lot and now I am happy to support other professionals and executives in building their dream companies. 

I love challenges and I mainly focus on delivering value to business in the software industry.

In 2021-2022 I was fully dedicated to building the software company which now operates as a hub for EU and US startups that scale up in Poland, supporting them in all people, culture, and organizational challenges.

In 2015 I was challenged to build from scratch R&D company - and, together with the tech team, we succeeded in recruiting 100 Senior IT engineers in the first year in Lodz/Poland. Then directly managing a team of 8 HR & Office professionals in a company of over 300 engineers located in Lodz.

I am passionate about building an agile and effective software team. Inspired by Scrum, Agility Path, Management 3.0 and teal/fearless organizations.

I am able to deal with HR-related, personnel and legal issues as well.

I am still foolish and hungry... to grow myself and make organizations grow.
